there is a friendly reception. the double room suited us: it had an iron and a work desk. the location was marvellous, in the centre of the city. found prezzo, set near the hotel, ate there a few times. it was really great value for money.

Every time in Crawley we stay in this hotel. Central location was a plus. The room was alright. Not to mention free Wi-Fi.
